1. On-line Ordering

1.2. Payment

1.2.1. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Secure Trading.
Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / Maestro / Solo / Switch).

1.2.2. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Mangar International have cleared in full.

1.2.3. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in British Pounds. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with unique order number.

1.2.4. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Mangar International reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

1.2. Delivery of Order

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact you to inform you.

1.3 Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt according to the terms of our Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1.4 Credit Card Security

Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

1.5 Privacy Policy

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. (See our full Privacy Policy for further details).

1.6 Returns Policy & Guarantee

1.6.1 All of our products come with a one or two year guarantee (please refer to product guarantee details for further information).

1.6.2 In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unused in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

1.7 Cancellation Policy

1.7.1 GOODS CANCELLED PRIOR TO DELIVERY
If you wish to cancel your order AFTER you have submitted it electronically, or by any other method, you MUST telephone +44 (0) 1544 267674 to notify us of cancellation, and also fax +44(0) 1544 260287 or email sales@mangar.co.uk or write to us at the address below confirming the cancellation.

The cancellation charge will be total costs incurred by Mangar International to the date of cancellation. These costs will be detailed to you in writing if requested.

1.7.2 GOODS DELIVERED - NOT UNPACKED OR USED
Sale value of the goods less administration fees and the cost of delivery to and from you.

1.7.3 GOODS DELIVERED - UNPACKED AND USED
Due to the type of equipment and standards of hygiene, Mangar International would not agree to have these goods returned. We do not have a Buy Back Option. Please bear this in mind when you place your order.

1.8 THE ABOVE POLICY IS APPLIED TO ALL CUSTOMERS

2. General Website Usage

a) We will permit you to access, use and interact with Our Website on and subject to these Terms of Use.

b) You are permitted to view, copy, download, print out and use the Content for your own personal and/or internal business use.

2.1 Your Obligations

2.1.1 You are not permitted to:
a) copy, download, print or otherwise reproduce or use the Content or any part of it in any manner whatsoever, except as permitted under paragraph 2 a);
